Duration: The Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) program spans two years.

Eligibility:

Candidates seeking admission to the first year of the Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) program must meet the following criteria:

  1. Educational Requirements:
    • Passed BPT through Bridge Course or Lateral Entry after completing a Diploma in Physiotherapy from institutions offering a full-time program, recognized by this university or any other university in India or abroad with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
    • Completed 6 months of compulsory rotating internship in Physiotherapy Colleges recognized by RGUHS - Karnataka.
    • Candidates with a BPT degree obtained through correspondence or Distance Education programs are not eligible.
 
  1. Additional Requirements:
    • Candidates who have passed the qualifying exam (BPT) from universities other than RGUHS must obtain and produce an eligibility certificate issued by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka.
